Fermio-EM is a single-board computer with a credit card size based on Intel Quark technology. Intel Quark processors are designed for devices which main goals are low power consumption and small size. The Fermio-EM energy consumption is only 2.5 W!

The Intel Quark series processors are designed to develop innovative solutions for computer markets, Internet of Things and the Wearables category. The Intel Quark processor, thanks to perfectly designed environment, gives the opportunity to build a device that can be used in many industry sectors. A device with appropriate shielding and power supply can be an end product itself. Despite its small size, the Fermio-EM has many communication ports and up to 8 GB of memory, which can be extended with help of a micro SD card. Fermio-EM provides a full BOM (Bill of Materials), which is very useful when certifying devices, and Intel provides production of Quark processors until 07.2022.
