Tantalit signs letters of intent with Swedish partners

Tantalit, a WB GROUP company, signed two agreements with Swedish industrial partners during the Baltic Sea Security Talks conference in Gdańsk. The cooperation focuses on unmanned systems, autonomous technologies, and counter-UAS solutions.

During the event, Tantalit signed a letter of intent with Recas AB covering cooperation in the development, production, integration, testing, and support of defence and dual-use systems. Particular emphasis was placed on the development of unmanned and autonomous systems and related capabilities.

A second letter of intent, signed with Nordic Air Defence, concerns cooperation in the integration, production, sales, and operational deployment of interceptor systems designed to counter unmanned aerial threats. The partnership aims to strengthen capabilities in the field of counter-drone defence.

Recas AB is a Swedish engineering and technology company specialising in advanced solutions for the defence and industrial sectors, including software development, embedded systems, and technologies for autonomous platforms.

Nordic Air Defence focuses on counter-UAS technologies, developing systems for the detection, identification, and neutralisation of drones.

Tantalit, which joined WB GROUP in December 2025, is a team of experienced specialists in advanced IT systems, data analytics, and systems integration. The company has delivered military-related projects supporting the security of Poland and Europe.

During the conference, WB GROUP also signed a cooperation agreement with the Swedish company Saab. The partnership focuses on the development of unmanned systems, including the GLADIUS reconnaissance-strike system, as well as maritime and land solutions forming part of the Future Task Force (FTF) concept.
