Defense Delegation of the Philippines at WB GROUP

WB GROUP President Piotr Wojciechowski hosted a high-level delegation from the Philippine Department of National Defense, led by Undersecretary for Acquisition and Resource Management Salvador Melchor B. Mison Jr. The meeting provided an opportunity to showcase the advanced defense technologies developed by the Polish company.

The visit took place at a significant moment in the development of Polish–Philippine relations, following the inauguration of the Poland–Philippines Joint Defense Cooperation Committee (JDCC). The JDCC marks a new stage in bilateral defense cooperation, creating a framework for closer dialogue between government institutions and the defense industries of both countries.

– We are pleased to welcome representatives of the Philippine Department of National Defense and present our systems, with particular emphasis on unmanned reconnaissance and strike solutions across the maritime, land and air domains, as well as secure military communications – said Piotr Wojciechowski, President of WB GROUP.

The meeting also provided an opportunity to discuss the development of industrial cooperation and the expansion of WB GROUP’s presence in Southeast Asia. The region remains one of the company’s strategic international markets, both in terms of cooperation with industrial partners and close engagement with end users of its defense solutions.

During the visit, the Philippine delegation was introduced to WB GROUP’s flagship technologies for the armed forces. The guests had the opportunity to explore Polish-developed unmanned systems, military communications and command-and-control solutions, while also learning about their operational performance and combat-proven experience.

WB GROUP continues to strengthen its presence in Southeast Asia through cooperation with regional partners and projects carried out in countries including Malaysia and Indonesia. At the same time, the company is expanding its engagement with additional nations interested in advanced multi-domain reconnaissance and strike systems, as well as secure military communications.

These partnerships form an integral part of WB GROUP’s international growth strategy. Meetings with representatives of allied governments and armed forces play an important role in building long-term relationships and identifying new opportunities for industrial and defense cooperation.
