WB’s debut at AIRTEC 2025

WB GROUP presented its unmanned systems at AIRTEC 2025 in Augsburg. The focus was on the FlyEye, Warmate, X-Fronter, and EyeQ systems, designed to meet the operational requirements of modern battlefields and the evolving needs of European armed forces.

During the conference, a representative of WB GROUP delivered a presentation titled “Drones in the war in Ukraine – Conclusions for the Armed Forces of European Union Countries”. During his speech, the expert discussed practical conclusions from the conflict beyond Poland’s eastern border and the directions of development of UAV technology.

Among the presented systems was FlyEye – a mini-class unmanned aerial vehicle that has been operationally deployed for years by the armed forces of Poland, Ukraine, Malaysia, and other nations. The system delivers high-quality reconnaissance imagery through day and thermal vision sensors and has demonstrated exceptional reliability in combat.

WB GROUP also presented the Warmate 3 loitering munition – a precision strike platform – and the Warmate 5 variant, featuring an enlarged warhead that increases operational effectiveness. The presentation was complemented by a demonstration of the X-Fronter – a compact personal reconnaissance and strike system.

Visitors were also introduced to AI-ISR EyeQ Air, a tactical battlefield reconnaissance system employing artificial intelligence for image processing. It can be integrated with multiple types of UAVs and supports real-time target identification and classification.

AIRTEC is one of the key events in the aerospace and defense sector in Europe. It brings together experts, researchers, and industry leaders, fostering innovation and cooperation amid the ongoing security transformation.
