Remote-Controlled Weapon Station ZMU-05
ZMU-05 is a remote-controlled weapon station designed for integration with a wide range of platforms – from manned vehicles to next-generation unmanned systems, including those of the Future Task Force platoon.

ZMU-05 can be fitted with a heavy machine gun (e.g., 12.7 mm/0.5 in M2), providing effective target engagement at ranges of up to 2,000 meters.

The station combines high firepower with a compact, lightweight design, enabling the installation on a wide range of land platforms.

ZMU-05 features an optoelectronic head with a day and thermal imaging cameras, as well as laser rangefinder. This allows for the detection, identification, and engagement of targets in all weather and lighting conditions.

The two-axis weapon stabilization system enables accurate fire on the move, significantly improving combat effectiveness.

The station is operated via an ergonomic control panel, providing intuitive weapon control and continuous situational awareness on the battlefield.

ZMU-05 is an ideal solution for highly mobile units requiring rapid response and effective firepower without exposing soldiers to risk.

The station is designed for patrol, protection, and escort missions in high-risk areas.

WB GROUP has also developed the ZMU-05N – a maritime variant of the system, designed for integration with naval vessels.
