Viper II
VIPER II is a turnkey communication solution based on cellular network infrastructure, utilizing PoC (Push-to-Talk over Cellular) technology. This standard enables rapid group communication over cellular networks. The PoC service allows users to communicate within their assigned workgroups simply by pressing a single PTT button, similar to traditional TETRA or DMR radio transceivers.
However, users are not restricted by conventional radio coverage limits, as the system operates across the entire coverage area of the selected cellular network operator. There is no need to deploy expensive infrastructure—a SIM card with a data package is all that is required. If the devices are used exclusively within Wi-Fi coverage areas, purchasing a SIM card is not necessary.
